💌 Booking & Availability
Q: How far in advance should I book my setup?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your desired date. Bookings made less than 7 days prior are considered last-minute and will require full payment and a rush fee.
Q: How do I book a setup?
You can book directly through our website or by contacting us via email or Instagram. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive an invoice and confirmation message with the next steps.
Q: Do you offer same-day bookings?
Unfortunately, same-day bookings are not available. However, depending on our schedule, we may accommodate last-minute bookings (within 7 days) for an additional $50+ fee
💳 Payments & Deposits
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Pay Pal. Cash payments are not accepted.
Q: Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled setup.
Q: What happens if I miss my final payment deadline?
Failure to pay your remaining balance by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund

Q: Can I choose my own colors or theme?
Yes! Most of our packages can be customized to your preferred color palette or theme (based on availability). Please specify this when booking.
Q: Do you offer add-ons?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of add-ons such as extra balloons, fresh flowers, champagne setups, and custom banners to personalize your experience.
