Policies

Decor Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. ( Sorry, we are unable to accept last minute bookings at this time).
• Bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable 50% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your setup date.
• For travel or out-of-area clients, full payment may be required up to one week prior to setup.
• No same-day payments or last-minute additions will be accepted.

Retainer & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• Payments can be made via Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or via the Paypal link on the Deposit page of this website (details provided upon booking confirmation).
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before setup.
• If full payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Travel & Setup Requirements

• A base travel/parking fee of $25+ will be added to all bookings.
• Airbnbs must allow self-check-in or keyless entry. 
• You must be checked into your hotel or Airbnb before setup begins — our team cannot check in for you.
• No high-ceiling rooms are permitted for standard room décor setups unless approved in advance.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a partial refund of any remaining balance (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of setup are non-refundable in full.
• Rescheduling is permitted up to 90 days from your original booking date, based on availability.
• For last-minute reschedules (within 72 hours of setup), a $50 rescheduling fee applies.

Last-Minute Bookings

• Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are considered last-minute and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests. Please contact us prior to submitting payment to confirm your date.
• $100 fee applies to accepted last minute bookings

Refund Policy

There will be absolutely NO refunds once a service has been rendered.

L’Amour Lux Decor guarantees professional quality, attention to detail, and full effort in creating your luxury setup. Our goal is to ensure every client has a stunning and memorable experience.

Important Notes

• All quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Prices are not guaranteed without a deposit.
• Hotel rooms/ AirBnBs are not included in any package. Clients are responsible for booking and confirming their own accommodations.
• Please note that some hotels charge cleanup fees after décor services. Clients are responsible for any such charges.

Rentals/Flower Bar Policies 

To ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, please review our rental policies below.

Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment and a signed agreement are received.

Cancellations & Date Changes
• Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event.
• If we are unavailable for a rescheduled date, payments made (excluding retainer) may be transferred to a future booking within 6 months, at our discretion.

Event Setup & Breakdown
• Setup time varies based on the size of the flower bar and venue requirements.
• Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the setup area at the scheduled time.
• Breakdown will occur at the agreed-upon time unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Flowers & Styling
• Flower selections are seasonal and subject to availability.
• While exact blooms cannot be guaranteed, we will always maintain the agreed-upon color palette and overall aesthetic.
• Floral quantities are designed to align with the selected package and guest count.

Rental Items & Damage
• All stands, buckets, containers, tools, and décor remain the property of L'Amour Lux Decor.
• Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the rental period.
• Repair or replacement fees will be assessed as needed.

Venue Requirements
• Flower bars are best suited for covered outdoor or indoor spaces.
• Extreme weather conditions (high heat, rain, wind) may require adjustments to protect the flowers and display.
• Venue restrictions (load-in times, parking, permits) must be disclosed prior to booking.

Force Majeure
• We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or venue closures. In such cases, we will work with clients to find the best possible resolution.

Photography & Marketing
• We reserve the right to photograph our setups for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Overage & Extended Rental Time 

• Overages will incur a fee equal to two (2) times the original rental amount, charged automatically to the card on file. This fee covers extended use, staffing impact, and scheduling disruptions.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access for breakdown at the scheduled end time. Delays caused by the client, venue, or guests do not exempt overage fees.
• Rental periods are strictly limited to the time agreed upon in the contract. Any use of the flower bar, rental items, or setup beyond the scheduled end time, without prior written approval-will be. considered an overage.
