Policies

Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. ( Sorry, we are unable to accept last minute bookings at this time).
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable 50% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your setup date.
  • For travel or out-of-area clients, full payment may be required up to one week prior to setup.
  • No same-day payments or last-minute additions will be accepted.

Retainer & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
  • Payments can be made via Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or via the Paypal link on the Deposit page of this website (details provided upon booking confirmation).
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before setup.
  • If full payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Travel & Setup Requirements

  • A base travel/parking fee of $25+ will be added to all bookings.
  • Airbnbs must allow self-check-in or keyless entry. 
  • You must be checked into your hotel or Airbnb before setup begins — our team cannot check in for you.
  • No high-ceiling rooms are permitted for standard room décor setups unless approved in advance.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a partial refund of any remaining balance (excluding the deposit).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of setup are non-refundable in full.
  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 90 days from your original booking date, based on availability.
  • For last-minute reschedules (within 72 hours of setup), a $50 rescheduling fee applies.

Last-Minute Bookings

  • Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are considered last-minute and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute requests. Please contact us prior to submitting payment to confirm your date.
  • $100 fee applies to accepted last minute bookings

Refund Policy

There will be absolutely NO refunds once a service has been rendered.

L’Amour Lux Decor guarantees professional quality, attention to detail, and full effort in creating your luxury setup. Our goal is to ensure every client has a stunning and memorable experience.

Important Notes

  • All quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Prices are not guaranteed without a deposit.
  • Hotel rooms/ AirBnBs are not included in any package. Clients are responsible for booking and confirming their own accommodations.
  • Please note that some hotels charge cleanup fees after décor services. Clients are responsible for any such charges.
